This very special rig was designed specifically for the "B" Western category and is approved by SASS.  From the custom contoured belt shape to the performance enhanced hoslters, this not only "Talks the Talk", but also "Walks the Walk"!!  The special shaping follows the contour of the hips to be comfortable but also provides a quick access for drawing and reholstering.  The holsters feature an enhanced top flare and an exposed trigger guard cut.  This rig is obviously cut for the female figure, but this design can be modeled into a shape that will fit the cowboys who want to shoot "B" Western also.  The special fully engraved trim pieces include "star and bezel" conchos and a sterling overlay belt buckle and tip.  The belt is hand tooled with a special border pattern that is enhanced with hundreds of small silver studs.  The scalloped leather rosettes behaind the conchos are also decorated with small silver studs.  This set has over seven hundred hand set silver studs applied.  Pictures do not do it justice    The overall black leather theme is also further adorned with contrasting areas of mahogany colored leather.  The accessories include a shotshell slide designed to sit above the belt buckle and tip, not only for easy access, but to keep from covering up the beautiful silver trim.  This beautiful rig can tailored in any way that you would want.  Special trim ideas are always a lot of fun and insure that  your rig is a "One of a Kind".  We welcome your ideas and would love to design one for you.  FYI prices for these rigs depend a lot on just what you would want, but in general a rig that includes custom belt shaping exclusive of special trim, would start at about $495.  Call us and we can talk about it.  We quarantee that you won't be disappointed.  Matching pants belts are also available.  The rig as pictured with sterling overlay buckle and tip, Texas "star" conchos, and over 300 hand set silver spots is priced at $850.00.  Matching loading strip $45,  matching shotshell slide $50.      

                                                                                                 THE "LS" CUSTOM 

   Another "ONE OF A KIND" rig makes it's debut.  This specially designed rig features our extra fancy tooled border with a real attractive "SKIP-SPOT" application of silver studs.   The special three-piece buckle set and the matching conchos work together and really look great over the custom "mahogany" finish.  Over 200 hand set studs add their appeal and flash to complement that special "B" western outfit.

   Looking at the "performance" aspect of this design, you'll notice that the holsters are positioned to hold the gun butt approximately 3" below the top of the belt.  This can be made to your preference.  There is also a very pronounced, reinforced flared holster opening for easier, faster reholstering.  The "spine" is cut very closely to expose the maximum amount of trigger guard to facilitate a very positive "draw" move that will also help a secure, fast transfer from weak to strong hand.  We've also added a bit of toe forward tilt to further enhance the drawing and reholstering move.

   Of course, the holsters are fully lined with the same high quality top grain leather that the holster bodies are cut from.  This adds to the smoothness of the draw, the rigidity of the holsters, and the endurance of the wet-forming.  The belt is lined with suede, non-staining leather to help ensure that the rig will stay put.  The custom "mahogany" oil finish will not flake off like inferior "sprayed" color finishes used by some of the biggest producers in the business. 

   The rig pictured above is the "Ponderosa Lightning".  Suitable for "B" western and other categories that don't require specifics in leather rigs.  It features flared, front cut, and trigger guard cut, fully lined holsters.  The suede lined belt is tapered for less bulk.  The rig is embellished with silver studs and special "star" conchos.  Matching accessories can be ordered such as a cartridge caddy combo, belt pouches, and even a shotshell belt (pictured) with "Gripper" pouches.  As shown the holster rig is $525 and the shell belt is $175.
